No. Cosmic Kids teacher training is not a Yoga Alliance RCYT programme, and completing it does not automatically register you as a Yoga Alliance teacher.

What certification do I receive? #

You receive professional Cosmic Kids certification after completing Getting Started in Kids Yoga and passing the final teaching-video appraisal. Jaime gives you personal feedback, and your certificate provides evidence of the training and assessment you have completed.

Can I teach professionally with it? #

Yes. Our course is designed to enable graduates to teach safe, engaging kids yoga professionally. Schools, venues and insurers commonly also ask for suitable insurance and local safeguarding or background checks.

What is the difference from RCYT? #

RCYT is a separate Yoga Alliance designation with its own requirements. We have not registered Cosmic Kids as a Yoga Alliance Registered Children’s Yoga School, so our certificate is a Cosmic Kids qualification rather than an RCYT qualification.

Does the course count for Continuing Education? #

Yes. Eligible registered yoga teachers can count the course study and practice towards Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours after completing full Cosmic Kids certification.
