Check your email first #

A download email is normally sent to the address entered at checkout. Search for Cosmic Kids and check spam, junk and promotions folders. It may take a few minutes to arrive.

Check the address used at checkout #

A small typing mistake can stop the email arriving. Also check whether you used a work, school or different personal email address.

Resources included with training #

If the class plan is included within a training course, sign in to the Cosmic Kids Campus and open the relevant lesson or resources section.

Email [email protected] with the purchaser’s name, the email address you expected the file to reach, the approximate purchase date and the order number if available. Please do not send payment-card details. We’ll check the purchase and help you access the files.
