The Cosmic Kids Yoga training is really superb, so well thought out and structured, each part building on the part before so that you grow a comprehensive understanding of what you need to know. Not only this, but there is a community of learners online, supporting each other to keep growing as teachers and cosmic humans. I can’t recommend the course enough to anyone thinking of taking it, its the perfect introduction to teaching kid’s yoga, and I’m sure its the best of its kind available.

Covers similar material to much more expensive, onsite training courses, but with the convenience of being able to study and practice in your own time. I thought this course would be a good starting point to begin my kids yoga journey – I didn’t expect to finish the course feeling so well prepared – ready to hit the ground running!

I was so thrilled with the depth of knowledge I gained and the many helpful tips added on top of the core content. I now feel totally comfortable and confident to lead a children’s yoga course, something I definitely could not have said prior to beginning Cosmic Kids’ Getting Started in Kids Yoga.

Being able to get certified online made it possible for me complete the course at my own pace. The modules are broken down in a way that makes learning simple and fun. After completing the course, I feel confident teaching yoga to kids. If you are considering getting certified in teaching kids yoga, this is the way to do it!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this programme. It gave me a thorough understanding of how to teach kids in a fun, engaging and safe way. As a result of studying with Cosmic Kids, I landed a regular gig at my son’s school teaching a weekly yoga class. And having gone through the training, I am able to teach with confidence knowing that I am introducing the kids to yoga in a really safe way. And the support from Jaime was phenomenal.

Cosmic Kids provided an impressive background in the developmental needs of children and a truly fantastic method. The training was comprehensive enough to prepare first time yoga practitioners and established practitioners alike. I now have the great privilege to share Cosmic Kids with two first grade classes. I still like teaching yoga to adults, but nothing beats getting paid in smiles and hugs!

The course is not only filled with amazing content but has been so brilliantly put together, that I don’t believe you could gain much more from a personal course. It has all the tools and inspiration you need and, with the added extras of the Facebook group, youtube channel, download sheets and class plans, I feel so well equipped to tackle my first official kids yoga class next week (eek!).
