Cosmic Kids app subscribers can download eligible videos in the mobile app and watch them without an internet connection. This is useful for travel or places with unreliable Wi-Fi.
Download a video #
- Open the Cosmic Kids app on a supported phone or tablet.
- Sign in and find the video you want to watch.
- Select the download icon on the video page.
- Keep the app open and connected to the internet until the download finishes.
Watch a downloaded video #
Open the app’s Library or Downloads section and select the saved video. Downloaded videos must be watched inside the Cosmic Kids app.
Before travelling #
Open the app while you still have internet access and check that each download plays. Make sure your device has enough storage and that you remain signed in.
Can I download videos on a computer or TV? #
Offline downloads are intended for supported mobile devices. Videos cannot be downloaded as separate files or copied outside the app.
