How do Cosmic Kids Yoga Quests work? #
Cosmic Kids Yoga Quests are free printable challenges that help children build a regular yoga habit. Choose a quest, download the activity sheet, then tick off each video as you complete it.
Which Yoga Quests are available? #
There are currently six quests to choose from:
- Summer Quest – eight sunny adventures across beaches, woodland, dinosaurs, oceans, space, safari and a magical world
- Yoga Quest (the original) – 20 adventures across Sharks Bay, Desert Gorge, Rumbly Jungle, Winter Wonderland and Party Town
- Gaming Yoga Quest – movement and mindfulness inspired by popular video-game worlds
- Fairy Tale Yoga Quest – adventures inspired by familiar fairy tales and positive life lessons
- Ocean Odyssey Yoga Quest – an underwater journey through coral reefs, sea creatures and lost treasure
- Earth Day Yoga Quest – 20 animal-themed yoga adventures for Earth Day and nature learning
How do we get started? #
- Visit the Cosmic Kids Yoga Quests page.
- Choose a quest and request or download the free printable PDF.
- Print the quest sheet and display it somewhere easy to see.
- Follow the matching playlist and tick off each adventure as you complete it.
- Celebrate with the included certificate when the quest is finished.
Where can we watch the videos? #
The Cosmic Kids app brings the Quest videos and other Cosmic Kids content together in an ad-free environment. Many Quest adventures are also available on the Cosmic Kids YouTube channel.
