You can use some of the training offline, but the lesson videos are streamed and require an internet connection.

What you can download #

The course documents can be downloaded for later use, including lecture PDFs, the Big Book of Yoga Postures A–Z, the manual and other worksheets or resources provided in the lessons. You can save them to your device or print them.

What remains online #

Training videos are available to stream through the Cosmic Kids Campus and should not be copied or downloaded unless permission is granted and/or a download option is specifically provided. Your use of all course content remains subject to the training terms.

Planning for limited internet #

Download the PDFs while you have a reliable connection. For video lessons, use stable Wi-Fi and reduce playback quality if the platform offers that option.
