Use the email address and password connected to your Cosmic Kids subscription to sign in across supported devices.
Log in on the website #
- Visit app.cosmickids.com.
- Select Sign in.
- Enter your account email address and password.
- Select Sign in to open the library.
Log in on a phone, tablet or TV #
Open the Cosmic Kids app and select Sign in. Follow the instructions shown on your device. Some TV apps may display an activation code or ask you to complete sign-in on another device.
Forgotten your password? #
Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your account email address. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset message.
If your account is not recognised #
Make sure you are using the email address connected to the subscription. If you subscribed through an app store, check the purchase account and use Restore Purchase if that option is displayed.
