The safest way to send your appraisal video is through the private Dropbox upload link inside the Certification module of your Cosmic Kids Campus course.

Before you upload #

Make sure the video follows the assessment instructions in your course, can be played from beginning to end, and clearly shows and records your teaching. Use the requested file name if one is provided.

How to find the upload link #

Sign in at training.cosmickids.com, open Getting Started in Kids Yoga and go to the Certification module. Open the lesson called “How to get feedback for your performance” and follow the private Dropbox upload instructions.

Uploading a large file #

Use the fastest and most reliable internet connection available, keep the browser open while the file uploads and wait for confirmation before closing the page. Large videos can take a long time on a slow connection.

Privacy and safeguarding #

The private Dropbox route is recommended. If children appear in the video, obtain appropriate consent and follow your school, venue and local safeguarding policies. Do not post children’s appraisal footage publicly.

When will I hear back? #

Jaime aims to review videos as soon as possible. Feedback is usually returned within two weeks, but allow two to four weeks during busy periods.
