You can cancel your Cosmic Kids app subscription at any time. You must cancel through the website or app store where you originally subscribed.

If you subscribed on the Cosmic Kids website #

1. Sign in at app.cosmickids.com.
2. Open your account or billing settings.
3. Select the option to manage or cancel your subscription.
4. Follow the confirmation steps.

If you subscribed through Apple #

Open Settings on your Apple device, select your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Cosmic Kids and select Cancel Subscription.

If you subscribed through Google Play #

Open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Choose Cosmic Kids and select Cancel subscription.

Other TV or streaming platforms #

If you subscribed through Roku, Amazon or another platform, manage the subscription through that platform’s account or subscription settings.

What happens after cancellation? #

You will normally keep access until the end of your current paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
