Hi everyone!
We’ve started a new series – Yoga Pose Universe – which is all about the yoga poses. I offer a little more depth on how to do poses and what their benefits are – and I’m joined on screen by some hilarious animations.
I hope you’re kids like it. It’s on our channel now – and there will be a new one every week.
We’ve made a special poster to put on the wall and help kids have fun identifying the poses.
