Wild West! 🤠 | Super Yoga!

Super Yoga is our gamified version of yoga. It’s very high energy – and has a fast soundtrack – so it’s perfect for getting the wriggles out.
It’s also a fun challenge for memory, coordination and information processing because kids have to read the pose (an image of the pose) and watch me to work out what to do. There’s no talking from me at all, so it’s a visual treat.
All with a Wild West theme – so there’s duelling banjos, cowboy boot pose and lots of cowboy yeehaws!
