Now I know we are called Cosmic Kids…but I never imagined we would literally be going COSMIC! But, out of the blue, a few months back we were approached by a real life ASTRONAUT who is going command the ISS in 2022. Samantha Cristoforetti wanted our help making a yoga plan she can use whilst in space. We went to meet her at the European Space Agency and we can’t wait to share this inspirational and very REAL yoga space voyage with a series of brilliant videos coming very soon!

I look after the writing and performance side of our videos – making the yoga and mindfulness fun and silly, as well as safe. I also manage our social media, and look after the community of independent teachers who do our training. It’s amazing how things have grown and I love coming up with new ideas, having fun with it, and seeing where we can take Cosmic Kids next.
