# Who Is Cosmic Kids Teacher Training For?

Cosmic Kids teacher training is for adults who want to lead engaging, age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness activities for children.

## Who takes the course

Learners include school teachers, teaching assistants, early-years practitioners, yoga teachers, childcare professionals, therapists, activity leaders, homeschoolers, parents and people starting a children’s wellbeing business.

## Experience

You do not need to be an adult-yoga teacher to begin. Some personal experience of yoga is useful, along with confidence working safely and responsibly with children, although it is not a requirement to enrol - and hundreds of students have completed the course with no previous yoga experience.
